Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, specifically with Go and TypeScript/React.
- Product-focused mindset with experience driving project decisions.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents.
- Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem, including Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.
- Experience operating systems in production and managing alerting.
- Strong written communication skills for cross-team documentation and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end features from UI panels to backend services and alerting.
- Develop, maintain, and scale infrastructure observability features.
- Own projects from problem statement to production, including user feedback loops.
- Represent team work externally through design proposals, demos, and roadmap advocacy.
- Contribute to open source projects including Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana Alloy.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for owned services.
