Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
- Proficient knowledge of MVC architectural patterns.
- Strong understanding of database-driven web applications.
- Experience working with Ruby on Rails.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis.
- Front-end proficiency with ReactJS.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Minitest and Cypress.
- Ability to work with DevOps tools including Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and CircleCI.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to provide solutions to complex technical problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with reliable high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize tasks for junior developers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work on assigned tickets within Jira to build and improve web application features.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Participate in daily standup meetings to discuss project progress and provide team support.
- Execute manual testing and write automated tests using Minitest and Cypress to ensure code functionality.
- Log, troubleshoot, and fix software bugs.
