- Demonstrable hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in professional or personal projects.
- Strong judgment in reviewing and refining AI-generated output for accuracy and tone.
- Ability to treat repeatable tasks as workflows to be designed and improved.
- High level of agency and ownership in driving tasks to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a remote, async environment.
- Technical adaptability to quickly learn new tools, documentation systems, and AI workflows.
- Strong attention to detail held at speed.
- Commitment to working 9:00–18:00 CET/CEST.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers and client teams with delegated client tasks, account priorities, and coordination needs.
- Turn client requests and account context into clear tasks, updates, and next steps.
- Manage delegated work visibility, including tracking deadlines, decisions, approvals, and status updates.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients, particularly for time-sensitive matters.
- Produce natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate German client-facing communications.
- Own repeatable account workflows, using AI tools to improve structure and reliability.
- Build client and service understanding to spot risks early and escalate with clear evidence.
- Coordinate stakeholders when feedback, assets, or decisions are delayed.
- Conduct critical reviews of AI-generated content before final delivery.
- Develop and document new methods and skills to improve team processes.
