Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development Management.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services.
- English C1+ proficiency for communicating with US and European clients.
- Proven outbound track record, including pipeline building, deal closing, and hitting revenue targets.
- Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch with an outbound-first strategy.
- Run full-cycle sales deals from initial contact to contract signature.
- Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side.
- Develop partnerships and expand the company network across US and European markets.
- Attend industry events and conduct client meetings across Europe.
