Requirements
- Proven experience working in a Project Management position within the AV/VC/Unified Comms sector.
- Ability to lead Project Teams to meet assigned success criteria.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Background in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Comfortable with domestic and occasional international travel requiring multi-night stays.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification (desired, not essential).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all internal and external tasks to deploy assigned service projects.
- Handle several large to mid-size projects as well as several smaller projects simultaneously.
- Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings and establish project schedules.
- Schedule and hold project status meetings as necessary.
- Undertake project job cost assessment and tracking, and provide monthly project forecasts.
- Support and assist the Sales team with project timelines and RFP responses.
- Interface with vendors as necessary.
- Act as Single Point of Contact during project execution.
