Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with backend development (PHP or Python), databases, and frontend development (JavaScript).
- Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-moving team.
- Product-oriented mindset to translate user needs into solutions.
- Understanding of security vulnerabilities and secure implementation practices.
- Experience writing automated tests and producing technical documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deliver new features across backend (PHP) and frontend (JavaScript).
- Work across additional technologies including Python and Node.js.
- Rapidly explore and validate new product ideas, such as AI-powered insights.
- Own ideas end-to-end, from concept through deployment and integration.
- Write automated tests, review code, and produce clear technical documentation.
- Collaborate with co-founders and senior engineers using Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
