Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years of combined experience in software engineering and technical program or project management.
- At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale, complex software programs.
- Hands-on engineering experience with real-time 3D or simulation applications using Unreal Engine or similar.
- Strong understanding of simulation fundamentals, including physics modeling, sensor simulation, and synthetic data generation.
- Familiarity with 3D/industrial data interchange technologies like USD, CAD, IoT data, or telemetry ingestion.
- Proven track record of delivering multi-team software programs across different locations and time zones.
- Strong technical judgment to evaluate engineering effort, technical designs, and risks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to proactively remove delivery obstacles.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Digital Twin Platform program plan, including scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for real-time 3D, simulation, and data integration.
- Adjust schedules, resources, and quality expectations based on evolving technical conditions.
- Make trade-offs between simulation fidelity, runtime performance, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and business stakeholders during architecture reviews.
- Identify, track, and mitigate technical risks related to hardware, content pipelines, and licensing.
- Maintain program documentation including risk registers, status reports, and roadmap updates.
