Responsibilities
- Lead children ages 1 to 7 in fun and educational activities
- Ensure safety for all children during sessions
- Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
- Maintain a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
- Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
