Job Details

12+ years of product management experience in data-intensive B2B SaaS environments.
Deep understanding of identity resolution, entity matching, IP-to-company mapping, and visitor identification.
Technical fluency with SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
Proven track record diagnosing and resolving data quality issues at scale.
Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience optimizing adoption funnels and driving engagement for technical products.
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executives.
Experience with enterprise data products, platform products, or GTM tools.
Bias for action with an iterative, test-and-learn approach.

Own product strategy and roadmap for identity resolution, defining vision and success metrics.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance identity resolution through new data sources and algorithms.
Evaluate, negotiate, and integrate 3rd party data partnerships to expand coverage and accuracy.
Define and track core metrics including visitor-to-person match rates, IP-to-company accuracy, and revenue impact.
Deliver improvements through rigorous prioritization, rapid experimentation, and iterative execution.
Diagnose and resolve data quality issues while building scalable monitoring and alerting systems.
Partner with Platform, Application, and Data teams to ensure seamless integration of identity data.
Collaborate with data science and engineering to solve complex problems in entity resolution and probabilistic matching.
Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
