Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning in retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong analytical and retail math skills.
- Advanced Excel experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and meet required order deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, creative, and eager problem solver.
- Experience with multi-category and item catalogs of 500+ styles (plus).
- Experience with Power BI and NetSuite (plus).
Responsibilities
- Review daily selling and build out sales forecasts across all categories.
- Submit weekly order recommendations for new and existing products.
- Review upcoming promotional events with Marketing, PR, and Sales to ensure inventory readiness.
- Manage Open-To-Buy (OTB) and run weekly reporting to evaluate inventory position vs. sales projections.
- Manage inventory transfer requests between direct-to-consumer channels.
- Coordinate orders and inventory levels for dropship opportunities.
