Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting project management systems.
- Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration (workflows, custom forms, reports, dashboards, sharing rules).
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion for integrations and workflow automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments (sprint planning, story decomposition).
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Nice to have: Experience integrating Workfront with Adobe ecosystem platforms (AEM, AEP, Marketo, Adobe Firefly).
- Nice to have: Workfront Developer or advanced Workfront certification.
- Nice to have: Experience with AEM development or content management workflows.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with REST APIs and webhook-based integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances including sharing rules and system architecture.
- Lead Workfront Fusion integration projects to design and implement automated workflows.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows tailored to specific client requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing environments through updates, user management, and feature rollouts.
- Participate in requirement discussions to translate customer needs into scalable architectural strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with Workfront platform updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
