Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, relationship-led approach to deal-making.
- Professional experience in property, real estate, asset management, acquisitions, or estate management.
- Strong understanding of property acquisition processes and asset/portfolio management.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial property deals.
- Strong commercial and financial awareness, including asset valuation, lease terms, and investment logic.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload across strategic and operational matters.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities and risks.
- Experience in airport-related assets, parking, or operational real estate is advantageous.
- MRICS or similar professional qualification is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new property opportunities across the UK in line with growth strategy.
- Assess and pursue land and site purchases and leasehold opportunities.
- Lead acquisition activity, including site sourcing, due diligence, financial evaluation, negotiation, and deal execution.
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of existing property assets for commercial and operational performance.
- Support the expansion of Airparks through acquisition of valuable locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Support lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and commercial discussions.
- Provide reporting and recommendations for strategic property planning.
