Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong portfolio of various Power Platform implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to implement security best practices (secure authentication, RBAC, DLP policies, handling secrets).
- Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
- Experience with application-to-application integrations, custom connectors, APIs, and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
