Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
- Bring strong experience with React, Next.js, React-Router, or another isomorphic JavaScript framework.
- Have led production projects or small teams.
- Be fluent in English for client work.
- Have at least B2 Polish.
- Demonstrate design awareness, including attention to polish, user experience, and performance.
- Be comfortable managing multiple shifting priorities.
- Bonus: have experience with headless commerce platforms such as Shopify or Commerce Layer.
Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development for eCommerce projects.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to translate ideas into storefronts.
- Write clean, production-ready code.
- Make architectural and technical decisions.
- Ensure delivery quality and lead client communication when needed.
- Improve engineering practices and develop scalable solutions.
- Contribute to internal standards, tooling, and workflows.
- Mentor developers and promote best practices.
