Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in a field where AI or data is relevant, or have equivalent professional experience or specific certifications.
- Have at least five years of experience in data, analytics, automation, AI, citizen development, digital solution delivery, or a related field.
- Be able to analyze business flows and problems, understand user needs, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Have hands-on experience with, or a strong ambition to develop expertise in, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, prompt design, and practical business AI use cases.
- Have hands-on experience with, or a strong ambition to develop expertise in, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including building maintainable solutions adopted by users.
- Experience with Copilot, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, relational databases, SQL, cloud data platforms or data lakes, and Python is a plus.
- Be curious, analytical, and motivated by solving concrete business problems.
- Be able to collect, manage, evaluate, and use data and user requirements with critical thinking and data literacy.
- Have strong presentation and communication skills and be able to promote adoption of AI, data, and citizen-development solutions.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, manage priorities, take ownership, and build consultative relationships.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Support the divisional vision and strategy for data and digital solutions for Compliance & Ethics teams.
- Act as the interface between IT teams and Compliance business areas for end-to-end digital transformation, including solution building, rollouts, and maintenance.
- Administer and provide technical advice for compliance service domains and IT, data, and AI tools.
- Elicit business and non-functional requirements and document processes and requirements.
- Build citizen-development solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Identify, design, develop, test, deploy, and support adoption of AI agents and AI-enabled solutions, with a focus on Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Build relationships with Compliance teams, business managers, data suppliers, IT specialists, Power Platform experts, and data analysts.
- Explore business problems and propose practical improvements through data, automation, AI, and citizen development.
- Assess and apply new technologies while developing knowledge of compliance, governance, risk management, and internal controls.
