Requirements
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing on-premise or private cloud infrastructure.
- Proven background as an Infrastructure, Solution, or Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
- Deep understanding of enterprise server infrastructure, storage, and networking.
- Experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and backup solutions.
- Proven track record planning and delivering Windows and Linux production environment migrations.
- Expertise in infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and performance analysis.
- Experience leading technical workshops and presenting solutions to customers.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional infrastructure teams.
- Proficiency in English (C1) and Polish (C2).
Responsibilities
- Review technical documentation to identify risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
- Lead technical discovery workshops with the client.
- Design target data center infrastructure covering virtualization, storage, compute, and networking.
- Develop detailed migration strategies including pilots, cutover, and rollback plans.
- Coordinate preparation of technical designs and implementation plans with domain specialists.
- Present proposed architectural solutions to the client.
- Provide architectural oversight during project implementation and migration phases.
