Requirements
- Proven background as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Solid understanding of end-to-end finance and/or operational ERP business processes.
- Hands-on experience in functional design, system configuration, data migration, and third-party integrations.
- Strong track record in stakeholder management, client engagement, and facilitating business workshops.
- Sound knowledge of cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O projects from initial requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Conduct detailed business-process analyses and facilitate interactive workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O core modules.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver seamless system integrations, data migrations, and custom extensions.
- Guide business stakeholders on ERP strategies, cloud architectures, and Microsoft Dynamics best practices.
- Support testing phases, prepare training strategies, and coordinate user adoption activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and maintain functional documentation, specifications, and test plans.
