Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience.
- Functional/technical proficiency with implementation of at least one financial system module (e.g., Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba).
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules.
- Proficiency in business process re-engineering, project management, and workflow design.
- Ability to create design documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with data export/import requirements, formatting, and manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly adopt firm-approved AI tools.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.
- Coupa certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise key stakeholders through the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa.
- Manage full-scale implementation tasks including project management, change management, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Execute process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, and supplier enablement.
- Contribute to developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions while adhering to data protection and professional standards.
- Mentor team members on career development, technical skills, and soft skills.
- Engage in firm-level activities including recruiting, practice development, and business development.
