Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or product engineer.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience deploying production software to the cloud.
- Experience building evaluation pipelines, benchmarks, or assessment systems for machine learning/AI.
- Solid background with APIs, databases, backend services, and deployment pipelines.
- Track record of converting research prototypes into maintainable products.
- Experience designing dashboards or monitoring systems for system performance.
- Interest in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and AI evaluation.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, Docker, React or Next.js, Postgres, and vector databases is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build repeatable benchmarks and evaluation pipelines to measure model accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Create performance dashboards to make system metrics visible to the team.
- Develop production features to convert research prototypes into usable retrieval, drafting, and agent workflows.
- Build backend services, APIs, and internal tools to facilitate rapid testing and releases.
- Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure, including monitoring, databases, and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with AI research and product teams to address user needs.
