Requirements
- Experience operating at a level comparable to a high-performing consulting Director, Associate Director, or Senior Consultant.
- Track record of leading complex data engagements and managing senior client relationships.
- Strong consulting toolkit developed in strategy, digital, data, or transformation consultancy.
- Deep expertise in data strategy and data transformation (modern data platforms, architecture, governance, quality, data products, analytics, AI).
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous business and data problems and develop hypotheses.
- Credibility with senior executives including CDOs, CTOs, CIOs, and CEOs.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen for sizing opportunities and building business cases.
- Experience leading complex data programs with technical depth in architecture and operating models.
- Hands-on leadership style capable of guiding analysis while shaping strategy and storylines.
- Practical, action-oriented mindset aligned with consulting core values.
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships on data engagements, establishing trusted partnerships with senior business and technology leaders.
- Lead the development of data strategies that align business priorities, value-creation opportunities, and technology choices.
- Lead complex data transformations from diagnosis through to implementation planning.
- Bring structure to ambiguous data challenges, defining key questions, building workplans, and managing workstreams.
- Develop compelling executive-level narratives that synthesize analysis into practical recommendations.
- Translate effectively between commercial and technical audiences to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Link data initiatives to value creation economics, business cases, and investment requirements.
- Challenge assumptions and identify where deeper expertise is needed across engineering, architecture, and AI.
