Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading technical delivery, including three enterprise data, analytics, cloud, or AI programs.
- Working knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms, analytics, testing, and model delivery.
- Experience managing federal customers, including deliverables, acceptance, and risk reporting.
- Practical agile leadership experience (backlog management, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with executives.
- Experience with security-dependent onboarding and federal system accreditation (e.g., IL-5).
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project deliverables.
- Experience with firm fixed price delivery and acceptance-based invoicing.
- Ability to satisfy security, suitability, and access requirements.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or equivalent delivery credential preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrated delivery of three production data products for a federal agency.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including integrated plans, backlogs, and risk registers.
- Deliver monthly milestones and formal deliverables with documented acceptance evidence.
- Facilitate a disciplined agile cadence, including demonstrations, sprint planning, and reporting.
- Resolve complex dependencies involving data, architecture, staffing, and partner integration.
- Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and escalation management.
- Monitor and manage performance of all internal and partner resources.
