Requirements
- Hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and executing campaign, ad set, and ad-level edits.
- Practical experience building or editing funnels, workflows, and pipelines inside GoHighLevel.
- Proficiency in Canva or CapCut for creative asset editing, text overlays, and video/image resizing.
- Strong organizational mindset with proven ability to follow SOPs, checklists, and naming conventions.
- High speed of execution paired with attention to detail and a proactive communication style.
- Good written and spoken English for reading SOPs and conducting asynchronous team communication.
- Must be based in Latin America with availability to overlap with U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Update and swap ad creatives (images and videos) in Meta Ads Manager, including text overlays and resizes using Canva or CapCut.
- Update ad copy across headlines, primary text, and descriptions for multiple client accounts based on instructions and test plans.
- Maintain and edit funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, and email/SMS sequences within GoHighLevel.
- Organize and manage multiple client ad accounts and CRM environments using clear naming conventions, systems, and checklists.
- Follow written SOPs and video walkthroughs accurately to execute tasks without sacrificing speed or accuracy.
- Proactively flag unclear instructions, potential issues, and account inconsistencies before proceeding.
- Support basic reporting needs by pulling performance screenshots and exporting data as needed.
