Requirements
- 7+ years of technical experience (back-end background preferred).
- 2+ years in a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, or equivalent role.
- Experience managing engineering teams of 10+ people.
- Strong technical background and deep understanding of web and mobile product architecture.
- Proficiency with React.js, Web SPA, and Next.js.
- Proficiency with Go, PostgresDB, and AWS.
- Practical experience with AI/ML/NLP, including implementing models and LLMs via APIs.
- Strong knowledge and experience with CI/CD, Docker, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in product companies or startups that underwent rapid scaling.
- English language proficiency at level B2+.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into a clear technical roadmap and execute it through systems and code.
- Make key architectural decisions for web, native apps, and browser extensions.
- Drive AI-native engineering initiatives.
- Lead an engineering team of 15, including code reviews, mentorship, and hiring.
- Manage people-related tasks including 1:1s, onboarding, and PDP development.
- Build effective cross-functional collaboration with NLP, product, design, and growth teams.
- Maintain infrastructure reliability and configure DevOps processes.
