Requirements
- Customer-facing experience interfacing with executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience driving, managing, or delivering IT technical implementations or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in Cloud Professional Services or comparable IT consulting.
- History of mentoring or teaching others in process, organization, or change improvement methodologies.
- Ability to create and run measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency.
- Skill in identifying resistance and performance gaps to develop corrective actions.
- Ability to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Adaptable self-starter skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments.
- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Rigorous approach to project management for enterprise-level projects.
- Comfortable presenting on video for internal and client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of engagements driving adoption of Google Cloud services.
- Engage with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and scope engagements.
- Develop and execute project plans to accelerate the cloud adoption journey.
- Manage relationship dynamics and provide leadership to project teams.
- Proactively mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Track adoption, utilization, and proficiency metrics for customer initiatives.
