Job Details

5–7+ years of experience in field marketing with a track record of owning strategy and execution.

Experience building and managing programs that generated measurable pipeline and business results.
Proficiency with modern marketing technologies including Salesforce, event platforms, and outreach tools.
Practical knowledge of AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience with spreadsheets including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Fluency in metrics such as sourced pipeline, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates.
Ability to develop and communicate growth strategies to senior sales and marketing stakeholders.
Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized and proactive with the ability to operate autonomously.

Identify emerging industries and account segments using sales data and market signals.
Develop and execute targeted field marketing programs including executive roundtables and digital campaigns.
Partner with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
Collaborate with channel teams to leverage partner networks for regional reach.
Develop scalable frameworks and event-in-a-box processes for the broader organization.
Manage initiatives end-to-end, balancing strategic planning with operational execution.
