Requirements
- Hold an active independent or associate license in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or Resident in Counseling/MFT).
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults highly preferred.
- Confidence in integrating multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI.
- Skilled in facilitating group services.
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
- Available to work between 12-40 hours per week.
- Evening availability required for full-time roles.
- Collaborative and engaging in a virtual video environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting.
- Participate in case discussions to leverage the expertise of others.
- Build strong relationships with clients through group sessions.
- Maintain a consistent and predictable weekly schedule.
- Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities in clinical work.
