Requirements
- Must hold an active independent or associate licensure in South Carolina (LISW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LPCA, or LMFTA).
- Master’s degree in mental health, counseling, or a related field.
- Experience working with youth or young adults.
- Proficiency in integrating therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI.
- Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week (evening availability required for full-time).
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR software.
- Strong clinical skills in group services and virtual engagement.
- Collaborative and creative approach to clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual telehealth therapy services to adolescent and young adult clients.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of 8 clients.
- Participate in regular collaborative case discussions with the clinical team.
- Maintain consistent, predictable weekly schedules as part of a W-2 employment model.
- Utilize cloud-based tools and EMR systems to manage client documentation and outcomes.
