Requirements
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in English (South Africa).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise.
- Own a dedicated, professional-grade microphone (e.g., RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti).
- Must be able to upgrade to a qualifying XLR mic and interface for session recording.
- Own closed-back monitoring headphones.
- Comfortable taking live direction from a Session Director.
- Available for two 4-hour supervised recording sessions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on assigned topics.
- Maintain warmth and consistent pacing across all recording styles.
- Manage personal recording space and professional audio equipment.
- Deliver all content in English (South Africa) without code-switching.
