Requirements
- 10–15+ years of Product Management experience.
- Significant leadership experience in healthcare technology.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare, specifically Population Health and/or Value-Based Care.
- Proven experience owning strategy and portfolios for complex enterprise platforms.
- Experience leading, developing, and scaling senior product teams.
- Strong commercial orientation with understanding of revenue, adoption, and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Exceptional strategic, written, verbal, analytical, and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for Population Health within Atlas, aligning priorities with customer and business needs.
- Lead customer and market discovery to identify unmet needs and drive product-market fit.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex healthcare needs into scalable products.
- Define and track portfolio-level metrics across adoption, value, revenue, and clinical outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and automation to improve population health workflows.
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CPO and senior leadership to drive alignment across stakeholder groups.
