8+ years of experience designing, building, and operating enterprise-scale data platforms.
Deep expertise with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Advanced SQL and Python programming skills.
Experience in data modeling and ELT/ETL development using dbt.
Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like Airflow or Dagster.
Experience building streaming and event-driven architectures with Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or Spark.
Understanding of dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and data governance.
Experience supporting AI/ML workloads via vector search, RAG, and knowledge retrieval.
Familiarity with lakehouse technologies and formats like Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).
Strong engineering mindset focused on CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure automation.

Design, build, and scale enterprise Data & AI Platform for analytics, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
Develop scalable data pipelines for structured, unstructured, batch, and real-time data workloads.
Build AI-ready data products, semantic models, and retrieval capabilities.
Design and optimize vector search, hybrid search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
Implement streaming and event-driven solutions for near real-time insights and operational intelligence.
Establish best practices for data modeling, observability, governance, and platform security.
Drive self-service and automation tools to increase developer productivity.
Mentor engineers and influence architecture strategy across the platform team.
