- Documented track record of high student score improvements.

- Exceptionally clear communicator.
- Strong online presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Zoom and Google Classroom.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for aspiring and experienced SAT and ACT tutors.
- Instruct educators on proprietary test preparation strategies, content breakdowns, and diagnostic evaluation tactics.
- Observe mock tutoring sessions and provide constructive feedback to cohort members.
- Track the professional growth and development of new tutors.
- Collaborate with academic leads to refine instructional guides based on current exam trends.
- Ensure all trained tutors meet high standards for student score improvement and communication.
