Requirements
- 3+ years working in a qualitative research role in a detail-oriented research operations environment.
- 3+ years of IDI and focus group moderation experience (remote and in-person).
- Fluency in both Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication in both.
- Expertise with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Expertise leading complex, multi-faceted research projects.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end research lifecycle and UX research methods.
- High attention to detail and ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in qualitative and/or quantitative data.
- Comfort presenting research to senior-level stakeholders.
- Undergraduate degree in psychology, research methods, human computer interaction, sociology, or related field.
- High comfort working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, or similar products.
- Ability to work in a rapid-response, often ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to plan research projects according to customer requirements, timelines, and business goals.
- Execute research projects ensuring sound research methodology and analysis.
- Moderate IDIs and focus groups, including preparing moderator guides and visual aids.
- Create compelling Toplines, Scorecards, Executive Summaries, Final Reports, and Slide Decks.
- Provide support to customers throughout the research planning, execution, and delivery process.
- Present research findings to senior-level stakeholders including Directors and VPs.
- Collaborate with Panel and Research Operations team members to ensure project execution is on track.
- Analyze research study responses from participant videos, transcripts, and surveys to develop key findings and recommendations.
