Requirements
- Pursuing or possess a PhD, MSc, or BSc (with high GPA, multiple majors, or notable projects) in Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Proven academic achievements in data analytics related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Understanding of applied statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with experiment design, causal reasoning, and optimization/decision-making under uncertainty.
- Knowledge of graph algorithms, network analysis, and large-scale data analysis.
- Familiarity with distributed data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience with non-agentic development.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and mathematical knowledge.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into mathematical or statistical formulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis tasks to identify anomalies and their root cause.
- Propose and implement validations to programmatically identify anomalies.
- Propose and implement data normalization methods.
- Verify data normalization accuracy and iterate until goals are met.
- Increase the accuracy of derived datasets and data products.
