Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a business-related major, preferably in business management or analytics.
- Completion of junior year of undergraduate study is preferred.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in property and casualty insurance.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound decision-making and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Solid proficiency with personal computers.
Responsibilities
- Work in the claims department during the summer 2027 internship period.
- Assist the claims team in building data solutions for informed decision-making.
- Learn EMC culture, internal business processes, and company products.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the insurance claims lifecycle.
- Participate in special projects and professional development activities.
