Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development background for 5+ years.
- Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, APIs, security models, and deployment practices.
- Good understanding of solution architecture and multi-team delivery.
- Ability to translate business process complexity into sustainable technical design.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design of the Salesforce solution across multiple business domains.
- Define scalable architecture for core objects, custom data models, automation, integrations, and security.
- Oversee implementation of business processes related to catalog/rights, customer and organization management, request intake, contracting, booking lifecycle, fulfillment, royalties, billing, and legal/compliance workflows.
- Review and approve technical solutions proposed by other developers.
- Establish development standards, code review practices, deployment approach, and quality controls.
- Coordinate cross-cloud and cross-system dependencies, including API-based integrations and external partner platforms.
- Support solution refinement with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Ensure the maintainability, performance, and extensibility of the delivered solution.
