Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

Experience with Node.js/Express on the server side.
Product-oriented mindset with experience building features end-to-end.
Ability to quickly pick up and utilize new technologies as needed.
Familiarity or willingness to learn tools such as Redis, Elasticsearch, and Python.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to wear multiple hats in a small team.
Passionate about travel and building user-centric tools.

Build new features for the web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.
Design and scope product features to drive growth and improve traveler experience.
Develop data pipelines to crawl, process, and synthesize information from various web sources.
Write comprehensive tests and build out robust engineering infrastructure.
Debug, fix bugs, and scale infrastructure to meet growing demand.
Review code contributions from other team members.
Identify efficient technical solutions to minimize time and future technical debt.
