Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar field from a premier institute.
- 6+ years of work experience on HR platforms with a heavy focus on integrations (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Concur).
- 3+ years of back-end development experience in at least one programming language.
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with HCM or HRSD (Discovery, Service Mapping) integration contexts.
- General understanding of AI technologies and terminology.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to act as a Business Analyst or partner with project management to drive projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Learn HR AI and Automation platforms like ServiceNow RPA through hands-on training and project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across COEs, HR, and IT to gather and validate project requirements.
- Lead the successful implementation of automations and integrations.
- Conduct technical analysis and workshops with IT and Solution Architects to design AI agent integrations.
- Perform testing, documentation, and deployment of new plugins and system enhancements.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across all integration activities.
- Prepare comprehensive Solution Design documents for AI agents and supporting integrations.
- Analyze platform capabilities and propose scalable, creative technical solutions.
