Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
- Four (4) or more years of consulting or human capital experience.
- Experience with one or more human capital domains (e.g., employee experience, workforce development, competencies/skills frameworks, workforce assessment, organizational design).
- Proven ability to effectively facilitate internal and client-facing meetings.
- Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events.
- Skilled in creating visually compelling, high-quality slides that support storytelling.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data sets, conducting analyses, and identifying trends.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, business, public administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Support one or more human capital domains on the DCSA engagement, including employee experience and engagement, workforce development, competencies and skills frameworks, workforce assessment, and organizational design.
- Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, including recurring touchpoints, working sessions, and briefings.
- Plan and execute both in-person and virtual events, including developing communications, coordinating logistics, and supporting implementation.
- Create visually compelling, high-quality slides that support storytelling and insights for client and leadership audiences.
- Work with data sets, conduct analyses, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Build and maintain dashboards or data visualizations that make workforce data usable for decision making.
- Coordinate with the prime contractor's team and the client's functional leads to keep deliverables on schedule and consistent with engagement standards.
- Maintain the active Top Secret clearance and security posture the program requires.
