Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a university student, recent graduate, or early-career professional.
- Interest in Agentic AI and business automation.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn Zoho One platform tools (CRM, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Desk, SalesIQ).
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts such as conversational AI, predictive insights, and intelligent workflows.
- Problem-solving skills relevant to designing automated business processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop Agentic AI solutions capable of perceiving business information and reasoning over contextual data.
- Execute tasks through workflow automation using Zoho platform tools.
- Design and build intelligent internship assistants to manage intern queries and learning resources.
- Create automated systems for project assignment based on intern skills and availability.
- Build customer support solutions integrating Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, and Zia AI for automated issue resolution.
