- Impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer and typing literacy with ability to navigate multiple software screens.
- Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Designated home-based workspace free from distractions.
- Wired internet connection with at least 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload speeds.
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts.
- Provide top-tier support and service to customers.
- Maintain high performance in a call-center environment.
- Utilize multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
- Participate in mandatory virtual training.
