Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
- Strong active listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a remote-first, goal-oriented team environment.
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Capability to obtain P&C insurance license (company-funded).
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy and care.
- Uncover savings or coverage gaps to provide tailored policy packages from 55+ carrier partners.
- Translate complex policy details into clear, easy-to-understand choices for customers.
- Listen to customer hesitation with empathy and address concerns to ensure a transparent purchasing experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing direct feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
