Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong development experience in Java.
- Strong development experience in Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Extensive unit testing skills.
- Extensive integration testing skills.
- Mandatory fluency in English.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to solve complex problems and persist toward solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and team play.
Responsibilities
- Work in a small team to lead product assignments from planning to development and delivery.
- Actively participate in architectural design and decision-making processes.
- Conduct code peer-reviews and attend retrospectives to drive team improvements.
- Support junior and mid-level team members to maintain high code quality.
- Improve architecture, scalability, and security of the solution.
- Think critically about product improvements and customer experience.
