Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience with production-level products.
- Strong system design skills for distributed systems and microservices.
- DevOps expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Backend proficiency in Python using FastAPI or Flask.
- Database expertise in SQL and relational data modeling.
- Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture.
- Frontend competency in TypeScript and React.
- CEFR Level C1 or C2 certification in English or equivalent fluency.
- Degree from a highly-ranked university.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures using Kubernetes.
- Build event-driven systems with RabbitMQ for reliable medical data processing.
- Develop robust FastAPI backends to serve medical imaging data at scale.
- Create production-grade CI/CD pipelines with testing and monitoring capabilities.
- Implement scalable SQL data architectures with efficient indexing and caching.
- Build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for clinical environments.
- Integrate internal services with external healthcare systems using HL7 and FHIR.
- Develop modern React frontends for clinical data management and workflows.
