Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN), Registered/Certified Midwife (RM, CNM), Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Psychologist qualification.
- Current active license or registration in good standing in the country of practice.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in women's health (OB/GYN, maternal health, reproductive health, menopause care, or related specialty) in the Netherlands.
- Experience with virtual or telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong knowledge of women's health across the lifespan.
- Excellent ability to explain complex medical concepts in plain language.
- Commitment to cultural humility and health equity.
- Proficiency with digital health platforms and video conferencing tools.
- Strong organizational and independent work skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual clinical education-only calls with members on topics including fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, and menopause.
- Lead group webinars and workshops in areas of clinical expertise.
- Respond to general health questions via asynchronous messaging.
- Provide evidence-based health information, lifestyle guidance, and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with Care Advocates to guide members on finding clinical care and facilitating referrals.
- Create and review Member Zone educational content such as articles, care plans, and videos.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop clinical pathways and education protocols.
