Requirements
- Python 3.11+, Pydantic v2, and strong experience with asyncio and FastAPI.
- Experience with WebSockets or streaming endpoints in production.
- Proven experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic) including function calling and streaming.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL (including JSONB) and Redis (cache/pub-sub).
- Strong front-end skills with React 18, TypeScript, and Vite.
- Competence in Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, and log debugging.
- Confidence in English communication (written and oral).
- Readiness to use Claude Code/coding-agent workflows (MCP, vault-driven development).
- Ability to argue for technical decisions and clearly communicate benefits.
- Understanding of Ukrainian language for localization and content (plus).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new platform features, including new flow nodes and integrations with ASR, LLM, and TTS engines.
- Improve system architecture, observability, and admin tool usability.
- Optimize latency and natural dialogue quality, including managing interruptions and pauses.
- Develop and maintain the voice gateway Python service handling real-time audio streams, VAD, and LLM function calling.
- Build and manage the admin backend using PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Develop the React-based admin panel and visual flow editor using React Flow.
- Manage release cycles in GitLab CI and perform production deployments.
- Perform incident analysis, debugging logs, and implement root-cause fixes.
- Work with Claude Code/coding-agent workflows and maintain technical documentation.
