Requirements
- Strong experience building and shipping production software.
- Proficiency in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI or similar.

- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, scalable solutions.
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
- Product mindset with a focus on usability and technical trade-offs.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Bias toward shipping, learning, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Work with property managers and internal teams to identify and solve operational friction.
- Own the full development lifecycle from idea and prototype to deployment and production maintenance.
- Build intuitive interfaces in collaboration with designers.
- Develop event-driven workflows to automate tasks like cleaning, guest communication, and reporting.
- Implement AI agents and LLMs to assist with maintenance, pricing, and guest communication.
- Integrate with ecosystem partners such as Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, Twilio, and OpenAI.
- Evaluate product performance using user feedback and usage analytics to drive improvements.
