Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in a complex software development environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies, and supporting effective team delivery.
- Ability to serve as Scrum Master for two concurrent and highly technical workstreams.
- Direct experience using Agile performance metrics like velocity, capacity planning, and backlog health.
- Experience managing engineering ticketing systems, specifically Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence.
- Demonstrated experience leading fast-paced, complex projects with multiple milestones and dependencies.
- Experience working collaboratively across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and development practices (CI/CD).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary connection between government stakeholders and the Nava team.
- Manage agile ceremonies, estimate effort and capacity, triage production incidents, and track progress.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with teammates, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Coordinate across multiple scrum teams to drive alignment across complex ecosystems.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting on risks, progress, successes, and outcomes.
- Monitor team velocity and sprint commitment reliability to improve delivery processes.
- Lead production releases and incident response as part of a recurring rotation.
