Requirements
- Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, FP&A, Controlling, Audit, Consulting, or a related field.
- Successfully led transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, operating models, and corporate Finance functions.
- Experience working on Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, or AI-related projects.
- Passionate about emerging AI technologies and innovative solutions.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project management.
- Excellent communication skills for driving change and engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience building knowledge-sharing communities and enabling teams.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Define the future-state Finance operating model by redesigning functions to leverage Generative AI.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize GenAI opportunities across all corporate finance processes.
- Lead the delivery of GenAI-powered Finance applications, acting as product owner and project manager.
- Implement workflow automation solutions leveraging GenAI technologies in partnership with Data and Engineering teams.
- Own the GenAI Finance knowledge management framework and best practices.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to drive AI adoption.
