3+ years in a social media or content role, ideally for a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand.
2+ years hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record in ranking content, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
Proven portfolio demonstrating short-form video results (Reels, TikToks).
Proven graphic design experience using Canva Pro or Adobe Suite.
Working knowledge of SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Fluent English with strong written communication and brand voice skills.
Ability to work independently within the required UAE and PH time zones.
Availability to work 6 days per week (Monday-Saturday).

Produce short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, and match highlights using tools like CapCut Pro or Descript.
Create event announcements and promotional graphics using Canva Pro or AI tools.
Draft captions and marketing copy with a consistent brand voice.
Coordinate with an on-ground videographer to review footage and provide creative briefs.
Manage the full lifecycle of social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok, including scheduling and community engagement.
Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and blog content creation.
Monitor performance metrics to generate monthly reports on follower growth, engagement, and bookings.
Maintain the company Google Business Profile and manage backlink building efforts.
