Requirements
- Senior-level experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Deep understanding of AWS network infrastructure including VPCs, subnets, IAM, and security groups.
- Experience with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, ECS, RDS, EventBridge, CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, and WAF.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript and Bash scripting.
- Experience with Git and GitHub-based development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an SRE-focused incident response approach.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, PagerDuty, or Wiz.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions for scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and delivery planning.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
- Deploy and manage microservices and APIs across AWS using Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and performance optimization capabilities to improve system resilience.
- Investigate production issues by tracing errors and implementing permanent fixes.
- Participate in security reviews, vulnerability management, and infrastructure remediation.
- Automate operational tasks using scripting to improve deployment efficiency.
